The Geek Intelligence Agency is an international virtual organization of tech fanatics. The acronym G.I.A. stands for Geek Intelligence Agency, but it is also an homage to the 1998 movie Gia, directed by Michael Christofer and staring Angelina Jolie as Gia Carangi. Gia is one of the best-selling DVDs of all time, due in large part to the hotness of Angelina Jolie who appears nude in the film. Angelina Jolie also stars in the 2001 film, Lara Croft, Tomb Raider in the title roll and its sequel, Lara Croft Tomb Raider, The Cradle of Life (2003). Lara Croft is a geek goddess, and by association, so is Angelina Jolie, and that takes us back to Gia which take us back to the G.I.A. Not to mention, Angelina’s role in the 1995 movie, Hackers.
