Well, after WAY too many hours and too little sleep, we figured out why Brief #7 isn’t compatible with the iPod with Video (thank you, Hugo!). We changed a setting on our camera during an outdoor shoot that gave us a fundamental flaw in the file. We’ve tried countless recommendations, different kinds of compression software, different kinds of spec settings, and they just won’t work because we’ve got a bad starting place. So onto the solution…we’ll re-shoot Brief #7 this weekend and re-release it, but for now, it’s just not going to be compatible with the iPod with Video.
