Very happy to hear about the upcoming GTA IV. Well ofcourse its not nice to shoot people its fantastic. GTA remains to be one of the best games I have ever played, the interactiveness is not incredible.
I am thinking of buying a new console but there is so much to choose from, ps3, xbox360….

what, your fireplace doesn’t have an internet connection, too? C’mon Cali, I thought you were a geek :)

Go DRM-FREE! Altho, with the price increase, is anyone afraid that this will set a trend for more expensive music? Granted, you are getting twice the quality, but not everyone is any audiophile, and places like emusic use VBR at relatively high settings.

Arg, GB 150 (iPod version) is “Unsupported Data” on the PSP. It’s gotta be a pain trying to make video that works on both devices.

The EMI news is good news to this PSP (and Linux) user, since I can play DRM-less AAC on both. Now only if there was a way to buy those DRM-less files without having to have iTunes.

I wouldn’t consider GTA a first person shooter, but I do agree with the killing people comment. The graphics are beautiful and that video’s music really hypes the game up for me.

[...] Techlife is a big fan of Geekbrief.TV.  We have been watching since nearly the beginning and have really enjoyed seeing on-screen personality Cali Lewis blossom.  Well today we were contacted by  Atsushi Kikuchi, a Japanese reader of Techlife and a fan of GeekBrief.TV.  Atsushi writes a blog about Democracy Player in Japanese. (Democracy is a platform for watching Internet TV.)  He kindly asked for permission to translate our first article on GeekBrief.TV to Japanese for his site.  Go for it Atsushi!  Comment here when you’re done. Our first article is still heavily visited.  We sat down with both producer/director Neal Campbell and on-screen bundle-of-laughs Cali Lewis to talk about their show on technology.  Gee, any wonder Techlife liked it from the start? Check out that show.  Already watch GeekBrief.TV?  What’s your favorite episode?   [...]

I’ve started playing GTA on my PSP. It is not nice to shoot people, but it’s fun to play the game…and it is kinda fun to run over people in a car. I feel like I’ve turned to the dark side.

OMG! I would LOVE a helmet with an ipod dock! I am on a motorcycle everyday through all weather conditions and I always have with me my helmet, gloves, leathers, and my ipod. So, what could be better? ::sigh:: If someone starts selling one, tell me about it…
